Repair and Inspection Service Policy
To provide customers with a comprehensive and transparent repair service process, AiYang Technology Co., Ltd. hereby outlines the following regulations regarding product inspection and repair services.
I. Scope and General Principles
- This policy applies to all hardware products sold by AiYang Technology, including servers, in-vehicle systems, facial recognition tablets, cameras, and other related equipment.
- Devices submitted for repair will be evaluated based on our engineers’ inspection results, the actual fault condition, and parts availability, after which an official quotation and service recommendation will be provided.
II. Inspection Fee and Repair Service Charges
1. Within Warranty Period
- Free inspection service is provided.
- If the issue is covered under warranty, repair service will be provided at no cost.
2. Out of Warranty or Damage Caused by External Factors
Customers must confirm and agree to the inspection fee before repair processing begins. Fees are as follows (before tax):

- The inspection fee will be fully deducted if the customer proceeds with repair and parts replacement by AiYang Technology.
- Domestic quotations include one-way return shipping after repair; international quotations do not include shipping fees.
III. Inspection and Repair Procedure
- Upon receiving the device, AiYang Technology will send an email to the customer to confirm the inspection fee.
- The inspection process will begin only after the customer replies and agrees to the inspection fee.
- After completing the inspection, our engineers will provide a parts replacement quotation based on the actual fault condition.
- The repair process will begin only after the customer confirms and signs back the repair quotation.
- If the customer declines the repair quotation or requests the return of the device, only the inspection fee will be charged.
IV. Repair Lead Time
- Standard repair processing requires approximately 10 to 30 working days (excluding international shipping time).
- Actual lead time may vary depending on the device condition, parts inventory, and repair workload.
V. Data Backup and Risk Notice
- Customers are strongly advised to back up all important data before sending in their devices.
- AiYang Technology is not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from hardware or software conditions during the repair process and is unable to assist with data recovery.
VI. Additional Notes
- Damage caused by external force, human error, improper environment, force majeure, or unauthorized disassembly is not covered under warranty.
- AiYang Technology reserves the right to adjust quotations and repair schedules based on actual inspection findings and service conditions.
